How it Works

Membership in the Dental Savings Plan is effective for 12 months from the date of signup. Patients are free to sign up at any point during their treatment - no open enrollment periods! The annual membership fee is due in full upon signing, and renewal payment is due at the beginning of the same month one year from the original signup date.

Guidelines and limitations

It is important to note that the Dental Savings Plan is an in-office discount plan, and not a dental insurance plan. The Dental Savings Plan cannot be combined with any other dental insurance plan, workmen's compensation policy, accidental insurance policies (including automobile insurance) or other special offers. Membership is non-transferable. It is the sole responsibility of the member to utilize their benefits by arranging all appropriate appointments within the 12-month membership period. Please plan accordingly and speak with our staff to ensure you maximize your annual benefits.
